I love cooking, I love tasting wine, and I love traveling. I’ve traveled to Paris, France, studying French Wine and Cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu. I also spent time studying Italian Wine and Cuisine in Florence, Italy. Once I returned to the US, I wanted to continue learning, so I took a class on the geography of wine to get a better understanding of wines from all over the world. I just finished the WSET Intermediate Certification course at the International Wine Center in NYC and will be enrolling in the Advanced course soon. I’m really interested in getting into the Wine industry and would love to incorporate technology (iPad wine lists, and inventory) without offending the traditionalists. On this blog I’d like to share my cooking ideas, tasting experiences, and travels. I don’t pretend to know everything, but I’m certainly enjoying learning more about wine every day and hope that I can turn this hobby into a career.

I just learned about your blog from the winegetter and love your site. I think we may have a lot in common as our blogs use the same template and seem to have similar articles! I look forward to reading more of your posts!
Hi Molly! Thank you, great minds think alike! I just took a peek at your blog, it’s great! I’ve been a little behind on my postings since I just moved to the big apple, more to come soon!
I live in Atlanta but travel to NYC once a month for work. I will keep my eye out for any recommendations you have on great places in the city for interesting wines.
